- Marathon: Starts at Crawford Reservoir State Park: climbs to an elevation of 9,762 feet and descends into Paonia.
- 30K: Begins at the base of Needle Rock, following the marathon's course up and over Inter-Ocean Pass.
- Shuttle Services: Free shuttle provided from Paonia to the starting lines: a $10 park fee is required if driving to Crawford State Park.
