Join us for Canada's first "vertical" backyard ultra, an "Everest" every 24 hours in lovely Mabou, Nova Scotia!

Who is Frankie?

Frankie lived on this property his whole life. So did his parents, grandparents, great grandparents, and great, great grandparents. So yeah, you could say that this is literally "Frankie's backyard" :)

Race Experience

• Elevation: Ascend and descend 370m every loop.
• Route: Everyone has 1 hour to complete the ~4km route. Standard 'backyard ultra' rules apply.
• Camping: Free camping at the start/finish is available for the runners/crew during the event.
• Supplies: Water and Tailwind will be provided throughout the event.

Charity and Prizes

• Donation: $10 from every registration fee will be donated to the Mabou food bank.
• Prizes: $750 for the winner and $250 for the assist.

• 2 loops: More vertical than the high points in NS & ON (693m).
