Is an Ultra for Anyone and Everyone!
- Distance: The 6.7km loop is designed to be achievable, even for beginners, as long as you're consistent.
- Endurance: It’s the ultimate, forgiving endurance event—you’re only ever an hour away from your crew, your chair, and your food.
Its Simplicity is its Charm
- Time Limit: Every hour, on the hour, a bell rings. You have 6.7km to get back, or you're out.
- Race Type: It's not about speed: it's about consistency, pace, camaraderie and endurance.
- Finish Line: It’s a race with no predetermined distance or finish line. It only ends when there is one person left standing.
A Location Like No Other
- Course: Located in the heart of the Maritimes, the course is Atlantic Canada’s first true 6.7km “Loop” Backyard Ultra!
- Amenities: On the Riverview side there are loads of amenities while the Moncton side is just you and nature.
- Scenic Views: Traverse two bridges, two parks, two boardwalks, one beer garden and a world-famous river.

- Unique Experience: The only place in the world where you can participate in two races at the same time.
- Simultaneous Races: You can be running the backyard ultra while racing the tidal bore at the very same time!
