Event Overview

Join us on September 18th and 19th for the 2nd Annual Ruidoso Runfest, featuring a weekend of running, local bands, food trucks, and the Downshift Brewing Company beer garden. This will be a family-friendly weekend hosted by the Village of Ruidoso Parks & Recreation dept.

Friday Night Events

Pizza Hut 5K and Kids 1K: Kicks off the weekend with a fun run for kids.
Finish Line Festivities: Will take place at Wingfield Park with awards for the 5K.
Post-race Amenities: Enjoy music, post-race pizza provided by Pizza Hut, and a beer garden.

Saturday's Highlights

Ruidoso Marathon and Half Marathon: Celebrate the 7th running of these events.
Road 47K/50K: In its 3rd year, this is a 47K run for overall and age group awards.
Completion Details: An extra loop for a true ultra 50K distance must be completed by 2 pm.
Unique Race: This is New Mexico's only premier road 50K!

Festival Atmosphere

Saturday will feature a festival-like atmosphere, complete with awards, post-race food provided by Pizza Hut, live music, a beer garden, food trucks, and a bear carving demonstration. Don't miss this family-friendly weekend and book your rooms early!

Post-race Showers: Available at the Ruidoso Athletic Club.
Photography: Photographers will be on hand to capture your moments!
T-shirt Size: Guaranteed to everyone registered by midnight on Sept 6th.

Packet Pickup

Friday, September 18th: From 2 pm to 6 pm at Wingfield Park.
Saturday, September 19th: At Race Start Location from 5 am to 6:45 am for Marathon, Half-marathon, and 47/50K.
