Race Overview

• Start Point: North Rustico's Seawalk Park
• Route: Down the wharf onto the Harbour Trail
• Highlights: Circle the Harbour Lighthouse and the Gulf Shore Parkway
• Beach Section: Beware of a small section running on the beach!

Course Distances

• Available Distances: 5km, 10km, 21km, 50km
• Half Marathon Turnaround: Just past the beautiful MacKenzies and MacNeills Brook Points
• Ultra Marathon: Continues into the stunning Homestead Trail loop
• Elevation: This is a fast course with very little elevation

• 5km &: 10km Course: 9:00 AM
