About this race
The vision of The Run for Winnipeg is to include members of the Winnipeg, local businesses and organizations in 2 Km run and walk event in support of initiatives for the betterment of the community. This year we will be supporting The Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba and Manitoba Association of Women's Shelters Inc to raise funds for patient care, research and education.
The city of Winnipeg is a vibrant place to live and work, rapid growth of our community reflects that fact.
This year marks the fifth Run for Winnipeg event organized by Ahmadiyya Muslim Elder Association, also known as Majlis Ansarullah, which is an auxiliary of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, and promises to bring the members of the entire Winnipeg community together to have fun, stay fit and successfully raise funds for this noble cause. Please do not keep the event a secret! Be sure to invite your friends, neighbors and family to register at this site.
