Fundraising Purpose

• Beneficiary: All funds raised after expenses will go directly towards the Centreville Community Park.
• Community Support: The park has been supporting our community since 1977.
• Maintenance: Funds will help reduce costs for maintenance, repairs, and new projects.

Participation Details

• Limited Field: Limited to the first 125 participants to register.
• Event Limits: Limits assigned to each individual event.
• Age Restrictions: Minimum 12 years for 5km and 10km; minimum 16 years for 6 hour event.
• Registration Fees: Includes all applicable Race Roster fees.

Course Details

• Course: 80% shaded trail with approximately 70% pressure dust gravel.
• Measurement: Each 500 meter section of the loop will be marked.
• Elevation: Each 2.5 km loop has an elevation of approximately 11 meters.
• Trail Etiquette: Walkers stay to the right, runners pass on the left.

Awards and Recognition

• Finisher Medallion: Uniquely crafted for all finishers.
• Top Awards: For overall male, female and non-binary participants in the 5 km and 10 km.
• Walking Division: The 5 km walking division is not competitive.
• Awards Timing: 5 km and 10 km awards start at 12:15 pm; 6 hour awards at 4:15 pm.

Event Day Information

Race Kits:

• Participants will receive a race bib and safety pins.
• Meal tickets are included in your Race Kit.

Event Start Times:

• 6 Hour participants: 10 am to 4 pm.
• 10 km runners: 11 am
• 5 km walkers: 11 am
• 5 km runners: 11:30 am

Parking:

• 95 parking spots are available at 1024 Sherman Belcher Rd.
• Carpooling is encouraged to alleviate traffic congestion.

Safety Guidelines:

• Dogs or Bikes: Not allowed on the event course.
• First Aid: First aid station will be available at start/finish area.
• Washrooms: Full indoor washrooms will be provided.
• Garbage/Recycle: Bins will be located at the start/finish area.

Additional Information

• Photo Option: Picture taking opportunity will be available during the event.
• Refund Policy: Rescheduled to September 19th, 2026 if canceled.
• Transfer Policy: Transfer your event to another person through Race Roster.
• Cupless Event: Bring your own bottle/cup to refill at aid stations.
