Grand Beach Sun Run

NEW AGE HVAC proudly presents the 2026 Grand Beach Sun Run!

We warmly welcome runners of all ages and skills to Grand Beach, Manitoba. Located in one of Manitoba's beautiful provincial parks, the Grand Beach Sun Run offers a race for the whole family!

Medals: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place medals will be awarded for each gender category across all age groups.

Cash Prizes: A cash prize of $100 will be awarded to the top runner in each gender category for the 3km, 5km and 10km races.

Sign up for our 3K fun run, 5K or 10K road race in support of Grand Beach Community Club and Medical Centre.

Prior to August 10, 2025:

3K Fun Run - $25 entry (all ages)

5K - $30 (17 and under), $45 (18+)

10K - $30 (17 and under), $45 (18+)

August 10-15, 2025:

3K Fun Run - $45 entry (all ages)

5K - $50 (17 and under), $65 (18+)

10K - $50 (17 and under), $65 (18+)

RACE KIT PICK UP

Thursday, August 13 at City Park Runners from 5 - 7 PM

Friday, August 14 at Grand Beach Community Club from 6:30 - 9 PM

Saturday, August 15 at Grand Beach (West Beach) Parking Lot 2 from 7 - 8 AM

RACE DAY

Please be in Grand Beach by 8:00 AM as the gates will close for the safety of runners. Provincial Park passes are not required this year. Park in Parking Lot 1.

8:30 AM: 10KM Start

8:35 AM: 5 KM & 3KM Start

* All races will include chip timing **CHIPS MUST BE WORN ON RUNNING SHOE**

* Races sanctioned by Manitoba Runners' Association

* MRA members will receive a $5 discount on 5K and 10K registration
