Take a trip to the Allegheny National Forest this summer and experience one of America's most scenic forests. Called "The Land of Many Uses," the Allegheny National Forest is known for its diverse recreational offerings like hiking, boating, swimming, and biking. Experience what National Geographic calls "one of America’s most scenic drives" on PA Route 6 and make the Kinzua Half Marathon your race destination this summer.

🏃‍♀️ Half Marathon Race Information

• Experience: This one-of-a-kind, destination half marathon in the Allegheny National Forest.
• Inclusions: All participants receive a performance shirt, commemorative finisher medal, personalized bib, and free race photos!
• Support: Water stations will be available along the course. Refreshments provided at the finish.
• Timing: This race will be disposable bib chip timed with live online results. The course time limit is 4 hours (18 min per mile).

📦 Packet Pickup

• Saturday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the MJ2KB Trail Club Office (48 W Main St, Mt Jewett, PA 16740)
• Sunday: 6:45 AM - 8:00 AM at the MJ2KB Trail Club Office (48 W Main St, Mt Jewett, PA 16740)

🛑 Half Marathon Aid Stations

• Locations: Aid stations will be located at miles 4, 7, & 10.5.

🏆 Half Marathon Awards

• Categories: Awards will be given to the Top 3 overall male and female finishers in Open & Masters.
• Age Groups: Plus the top 3 finishers in each of the following categories: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over.

🌲 5K Race Information

Saturday evening 5K race starting at 7:00. All participants receive a performance shirt, commemorative finisher medal, personalized bib, and free race photos! Water station prior to the turnaround. Refreshments provided at the finish.

• Timing: This race will be disposable bib chip timed with live online results.
• Course Limit: The course time limit is 1.5 hours (approx. 14:30/mile).
• Support: Race registration fees and donations support the Mt. Jewett to Kinzua Bridge Trail Club (MJ2KB) to help support further development of the Knox to Kane trail.

• Overall: Awards will be given to the Top 3 overall male and female finishers in Open & Masters.

🚻 Restrooms & Aid Stations

• Facilities: Portable restrooms will be available by the Start/Finish area.
• Support: Aid Stations with refreshments and first aid kits will be available along the course.
