• Date: The race will be held on August 15, just three days before what would have been Billy's 23rd birthday.
• Location: We chose to hold the event down the shore in Margate because the beach was Billy's happy place.
• Sharing Joy: The event aims to honor Billy's life and continue sharing the joy they experienced that day.
