Event Overview

Welcome to Woodland Walk & Run! Lace up your shoes, gather your friends and family, and join us on Saturday, October 3 in Exeter, Ontario for a fun-filled day in support of local children and families. Formerly known as Run4Kids, this beloved community tradition is entering an exciting new chapter while continuing to support the important work of Rural Response for Healthy Children.

This year's event will once again take place at Morrison Dam Conservation Area, offering a beautiful trail setting for both the 2km walk and 5km run.

Proceeds and Impact

All proceeds support Rural Response for Healthy Children, which provides programs and services that help local families create positive environments where children can thrive. This includes:

• Positive Parenting Education: Resources and training to help parents foster healthy relationships with their children.
• Support Services: Assistance for families experiencing life transitions or vulnerable situations.
• Healthy Living Programs: Initiatives that encourage physical and mental well-being.
• Community Engagement: Opportunities for families to connect and engage with local resources.

Event Details

Choose the experience that's right for you: a 2km walk or a 5km run. Whether you're a seasoned runner or walking with friends and family, there's something for everyone.

Registration Information

Registering individually? Select Individual for each participant's category at registration. An age discount will be automatically applied at checkout for participants under 18.

Registering as a family? If you're registering 3-8 family members (including at least one adult), select Family for each participant's category at registration. The flat rate for a family will automatically be applied at checkout when all family members are registered under the Family category in the same transaction.
