Light Up the Sky 5K Run/Walk

The Light up the Sky 5K Run/Walk will be returning this year for its 10th year! Join the fun on Sunday, May 24th. All net proceeds support the annual 4th of July fireworks held at the Presque Isle State Harbor.

• Date: May 24, 2026
• Location: 4500 E Grand Lake Road, Presque Isle, MI
• Fun Run Time: 9:00 a.m.
• 5K Start Time: 9:30 a.m.

Registration Information

• 5K Fee: $20 through April 30, $25 thereafter
• Kid Fun Run Fee: $10
• Medals: First 150 finishers in 5K and first 50 finishers in kid fun run
• T-Shirts: Special design for $15 (order by April 30th)

Registration Options

• Online Registration: Available through May 22, 2026
• Day of Registration: 8:30-9:20 a.m. (CASH ONLY)

Packet Pickup

Participants will be able to pick up their packets on the day of the race between 8:30-9:20 a.m.
