ARK's Dawgy Dash 5K Run/Walk

Event Overview

You don't need a dog to take part in ARK's 2027 Dawgy Dash 5K Run/Walk! Whether you bring your pooch or not, your participation goes for a good cause - helping the needy pets in Hart County. On Saturday, May 22, you can run competitively or stroll with friends at a leisurely pace. It's all about having a great time on a fine spring morning while supporting ARK's important work in the community. If you can't join us for the 5K, you can still order our snazzy race tee to help support ARK in the race site store.

Pricing Information

• Adults: $35
• Youths (ages 4 - 14): $30
• Early Bird special: get $10 off registration if you sign up by April 24, midnight.
• Note: We can't guarantee t-shirts for entries after April 24.

Group Discounts

Get a group together - church family, extended family, work buddies, sports teams, school clubs, social clubs, good friends - and save $5 on registrations with a group of 10 or more. A prize is offered for the largest group, so start recruiting! (Discounts adjusted after your team gets 10 members.)

Fundraising Purpose

The funds raised by the race will be used for ARK's work in the community:

• Support: Continued support and expansion of Hart County's animal shelter.
• Programs: ARK's feline foster/adoption program, Trap-Neuter-Return program for stray cats.
• Vouchers: Spay/neuter/rabies vouchers to reduce the number of unwanted pets.
• Education: Developing the next generation of leaders through educational outreach.
