• Registration Opens + Kit Pick-up: 8:30 AM
• Half Marathon - Start Time: 9:30 AM
• Parking: 35 Farley Road, Fergus Ontario (Grace Christian Fellowship)

Included with Registration

• T-shirt: Participants will receive an official race t-shirt.
• Chip Timing: Electronic tracking for precise results.
• Finisher Medal: All finishers will receive a medal.
• Post-Race Refreshments: Enjoy coffee, tea, and hot chocolate after the race.

Award Ceremony

• Medals for Participants: All participants will receive a medal.
• The Polar Bear Trophy: Awarded to the fastest male and female finishers.
• Prizes for Contestants: Additional prizes will be awarded to other contestants.
• Post Race Coffee: Fresh coffee will be served post-race.

Fundraiser for Servant's Heart

Fundraising Goal: $35,000

Servant's Heart Ministry feeds and clothes individuals and families in need throughout our community, sharing the love of Christ through practical acts of compassion. Every two weeks, we provide free food hampers to nearly 100 families, helping ensure they have food on the table when they need it most. We also host a free clothing market three times each year, giving people access to quality clothing with dignity and care.

Every step you take in this race makes a difference. All proceeds will go directly to Servant's Heart Ministry as we work toward our goal of raising $35,000 to purchase a dedicated food delivery truck. This truck will help us reach more families, deliver food safely and efficiently, and continue bringing hope to those who need it most.

Together, we can fill more tables, reach more homes, and change more lives.
