Calling all friends, runners and walkers! It is time to lace up those shoes and join us for our Live Your Best Life 5k run/1 mile walk!
💚 Support a Great Cause
- Event Purpose: Live Your Best Life 5k supports people served by Systems Unlimited.
- Service Duration: Systems has been serving people living with disabilities and mental health needs for over 50 years throughout Eastern Iowa.
- Inclusivity: We believe health is for everybody and want to remove barriers for people to feel the pride of accomplishing a 5k.
- All Welcome: Seasoned runners or complete novices are all welcome!
📅 Date and Participation
- Date: October 11, 2025
- Virtual Participation: If you want to participate in the event but are not available to attend the physical event, no worries!
- Timing: You can participate in our 5k virtually and enter your times between October 11th - October 18th.
- Registration: Register soon, because ALL EVENT MATERIAL are first come first serve! :)
