Race Overview
True Nature is hosting the first Connection 5K on September 20th at 8:00am to raise awareness and support for Connection is the Medicine Foundation.
Event Details
- Start and Finish: True Nature Peace Garden
- Route: Simple out-and-back on the Rio Grande Trail
- Experience: A welcoming morning of movement, health, and togetherness
- Gathering: Runners, walkers, families, and community members invited
Race Philosophy
This is not an elite race. It is family-friendly, walk-or-run, and open to all fitness levels. Our hope is that it becomes a joyful annual Carbondale tradition rooted in movement, community, and well-being.
