🏆 Elite Wave
- Calling all hardcore racers: Age 16+! Tackle 45 obstacles (9 per “loop”) in the ultimate 5K challenge. NOTE: Race fast! The two additional obstacles featured in the Elite Wave will be shut down 40 minutes after the start of the event. Elite racers still competing will complete their event on the 7-obstacle Family Wave course.

- Want the ninja action: Without the pressure? Try the 7-obstacle course—perfect for all ages and skill levels!
🌈 For Everyone (Ages 2–92)
- Try the 5K run/walk: No obstacles, the Senior Saunter walk (100% flat, no obstacles), or the Youth Dash (once around our 1K 7-obstacle loop with adult supervision)!
