• Race Start: 7:00 AM
• Race End: 7:00 PM (12hr) / 7:00 AM (24hr)

🏅 Race Swag and Awards

• 12-hour runners: All will receive a finisher's award and event shirt.
• Special Charms: Earn a skeleton runner charm for 10 (bronze) - 15 (silver) - 20 (gold) loops completed.
• Awards: There will be awards for the top Male/Female/Team of the event.
• 24-hour runners: Receive additional unique swag, and anyone completing 100 miles will receive a buckle.

🏃‍♂️ Course Details

• Loop Length: The race will be held on a 3.75-mile loop on a paved path around Cooper River Park.
• Course Profile: Mostly flat and ideal for achieving substantial mileage.
• Course Record: Male: Michael Gagliardi - 75 Miles (2020), Female: Lara Miller - 67.50 Miles (2019/2020).
• Time Limits: 12-hour runners must complete laps by 6:59 PM: 24-hour runners must do so by 6:59 AM.

⏱️ Race Process and Guidelines

• Lap Regulation: No new laps will start after 6:30 PM for 12-hour and 6:30 AM for 24-hour runners.
• Relay Option: Teams of 4 running in a relay-style with only one runner on course at a time.
• Last Lap: Teams can choose to run their last lap together, but it must be their final lap.
• Check-in: All runners must check in with the race crew before starting a new lap.

🍽️ Pit Area and Aid Stations

• Drop Area: There will be a drop/pit area at the Start/Finish for personal items.
• Food and Hydration: A food aid station and hydration station will be at Start/Finish and another mid-loop.
• Cupless Race: Bring your own hydration solutions, as there will not be disposable cups at aid stations.
• Weather Precaution: Given August heat, personal water supplies are essential.

🌙 Overnight Rules for 24-Hour Runners

• Midpoint Aid Station: Closes at 7:00 PM and remains closed for the race's duration.
• Required Gear: Headlamps and safety lights are mandatory for all runners overnight.
• Break Notification: Notify race organizers of any breaks longer than 15 minutes overnight.
• Extra Batteries: Bring extra batteries for your required gear.
