- Date: 9/20 Sunday 8:00-10:00am at Ticket Pavilion on the Westside.
Awards
- Time: Following the race at 4:00pm.
- Location: Awards will be at the Westside Beer Garden.
Camping
- Location: Free camping in the Mainside parking lot.
- Note: Please no open fires or glass.
Food
- Availability: The Westside Beer Garden will have food & drinks available on Saturday & Sunday.

- 11:00-3:00pm: Race Packet Pick Up at Westside Ticket Pavilion.
- 4:00-7:00pm: Live Music & Food at Westside Beer Garden.
- Sunday September 20:
- 7:00-8:30am: Timing Chip Pick Up at Westside Ticket Pavilion.
- 8:30am: Race Briefing at Westside.
- 9:00-1:30pm: Race at Mainside Chairlift.
- 4:30pm: Awards at Westside Beer Garden.
