Event Overview

Our Event limit is 500 people. The limit is 100 solos, 70 Teams, and 10 Corporate Groups.

Team Registration

• Payment Requirement: You must pay upfront for all team members.

Notes on Naming Your Team

• Solo Racers: Solo racers are considered teams of 1 and must have a team name.
• Unique Team Names: All teams must have a UNIQUE team name. For example, if you are part of TEAM Euclid. Try listing it as Euclid Rowdy Bunch. If you are a solo you can use your name as your team name or add it to the end to make it Unique. For example Glimmer Girls Sara.
• Team Captain: Once a team captain signs up a team you will have to invite all team members to add their information.

Vehicle Passes

• Pass Requirement: Every car, truck, or RV must have a pass to enter the venue.
• Pass Delivery: Your pass will be emailed with your pass 10 days before the event.

E-Bikes Policy

• No E-Bikes: E-Bikes are not allowed on the course at any time. Even for Corporate teams.
• Human-Powered Event: This is a human-powered event.
