Event Description
- Type: Triathlon
- Paddle: 2 mile down the Prairie River
- Bike: 17.5 mile ride featuring the River Bend Trail
- Run: 5K trail run through the Merrill Area Rec Complex and Council Grounds State Park
Race Fees
- Solo Ages 20 and Older: $70 ($80 after 7/1)
- Solo 19U: $45
- Tandem and Relay Teams Ages 20 and Older: $140 ($160 after 7/1)
- Tandem and Relay Teams 19U: $70 ($80 after 7/1)

- Packet Pick-up: Friday, July 30 5-8 PM (recommended at MARC) or Saturday, July 31 6:30-8:30 AM (at Prairie Trails)

Weather Policy
If in the event of severe or threatening weather, course workers will communicate conditions and, by decision of the Merrill Fire Dept., may communicate to participants to immediately stop to seek shelter. If the heat indices begin to enter unhealthy zones, participants will be informed at transition stations. If a participant feels, at any time, that conditions are not safe to continue, please communicate to a course worker your status. The course may be shut down if heat indices enter a dangerous zone and all participants will be asked to stop.
