Race Entry

• Participant Limit: 300 competitors

Swim Course

• Format: Double loop clockwise swim starting at the floating dock
• Warm-up: Designated area with safety personnel from 6:45 a.m.
• Support: Safety personnel on the course, kayaks and paddle boards for resting
• Exit: Run along the gangway and carpeted area to transition

Self-Seeded Start

• Seeding: Athletes seed themselves according to swim pace
• Entry: 1 swimmer every 3 seconds

Bike Course

• Type: Out-and-back course around False River
• Traffic: Roads remain open: safety is paramount
• Directions: Signs will mark all turns and orange marks in the road
• SAG Support: Assistance with minor mechanical issues available

Run Course

• Details: River Roux run course (coming soon)
• Aid Stations: 4-5 stations on the course
• Supplies: Water, Powerade, and gels (variety of flavors) served
