Event Details

• Post-Race Activities: Food, drinks, & music will be provided following the race.
• Kid's Play Area: There is a park for the kids to play in.
• Shaded Areas: Enjoy shaded areas to cool off after the race.

Early Pick Up

• Date & Time: Early Packet Pick up will be on Friday, July 31, 2026 - 5:00 pm-7:00 pm.
• Location: Bayou Black Pool House (the building directly behind the gym).
• Address: 3688 Southdown Mandalay Rd, Houma, LA 70360.

Race Day Packet Pick Up

• Date: August 1, 2026.
• Time: Race day packet pick up will be from 5:45 - 7:10 AM.
• Shirt Size Change: If you ordered the wrong shirt size, we cannot change it during packet pick up.

Registration Fees

• Early Registration: Now through 7/8: Individual participant: $50, Relays: $100.
• Late Registration: 7/9 - 7/28: Individual participant: $60, Relays: $120.
• Last Minute Registration: 7/29 - 8/1: Individual participant: $80, Relays: $160.

Race Day Activities

• 5:45 - 7:10 AM: Race day sign in & packet pick-up.
• Timing Activities: Body marking and timing chip pick-up.
• 6:30 AM: Pool will try to open for warm-ups (pending lifeguard arrival).
• 7:15 AM: Transition area closes, lineup on the pool deck in numerical order.

Race Start Times

• 7:20 AM: Pre-race meeting on the pool deck.
• 7:30 AM: Race start time.
• Awards: Begin around 9:30 - 9:45 AM.
• Awards Categories: Overall Male & Female winner, age group awards, and relay awards.
