Magnolia Festival 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run

Event Overview

Hosted by the Durant Area Chamber of Commerce, the Magnolia Festival 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run are part of the Magnolia Festival!

Event Date and Location

• Date: May 18, 2026
• Location: 202 W Evergreen St, Durant, OK
• Packet Pickup: Early packet pickup 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. on Friday, May 29th at Opera House Coffee.
• Race Day Registration: 6:30 a.m. - 7:50 a.m.

Race Schedule

• 1-Mile Fun Run: Starts at 8:00 a.m.
• 5K Run: Starts at 8:30 a.m.
• Awards Ceremony: Immediately following completion of the 5k.
• Packet Pickup Location: W. Evergreen Street, between 2nd Street and 3rd Street (in front of Opera House Coffee).

Awards

• 5K Awards: Trophies for Overall Male and Overall Female.
• Age Categories: Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Up.
• 1-Mile Fun Run Awards: Medals for all participants!
• Virtual 5K Run: No awards will be presented.

Important Notes

• T-shirts: Not guaranteed after May 15, 2026.
