Run With Los Muertos 5K & Block Party

Race Overview

Come to Old Town Coachella on Saturday, November 7th for a Día de Los Muertos celebration like no other. Now in its 13th year, Run with Los Muertos continues to be one of the most unique, inspiring, art-filled, and entertaining 5k night runs in the nation. From the pre, during, and post 5k art viewing opportunities, the live music, neon lights, burning candles, painted faces, on course entertainment, to the Los Muertos procession, the 13th Annual Run with Los Muertos promises to be a fun and fulfilling Saturday night. In honor of a passed loved one, join hundreds of runners and thousands of spectators from throughout the country at this unique health and culture event held during Southern California's perfect fall weather.

Race Details

• Who to Run For: Join hundreds of runners and thousands of spectators.
• Inclusions: Fee includes bib, t-shirt, and glow necklace.
• Awards: Awards for top 3 overall, each age group, and team category.

Event Timing

• Registration: Opens at 4pm.
• Race Start: Begins at 6pm.
• Art and Music: Available from 4pm-12am.
• Beer Garden: Open from 5pm-12am.

Rules and Regulations

• Service Dogs: Only certified service dogs are allowed at the event/on the race route.
• Prohibited Items: No weapons, including firearms, knives, or mace.
• No Flags or Signs: 5K participants are not permitted to run with flags, signs, etc.
• Course Boundaries: Participants must stay within course boundaries as designated by barriers, traffic cones, and markings at all times.

Registration Information

All sales final. Registration can only be rolled over to the following year in case of injury. Deadline to roll over your registration is October 5, 2026.

T-shirt size not guaranteed if registered after October 5, 2026.

Must register by November 2, 2026 to be eligible for pre packet pick up. Packet Pick Up Dates TBA.

Registration on or after Tuesday, November 3, 2026 could lead to a delay of receiving event T-shirt up to 4 weeks after event night.
