Run With Los Muertos 5K & Block Party

Event Overview

Come to Old Town Coachella on Saturday, November 7th for a Día de Los Muertos celebration like no other. Now in its 13th year, Run with Los Muertos continues to be one of the most unique, inspiring, art-filled, and entertaining 5k night runs in the nation.

• Art Viewing: From the pre, during, and post 5k art viewing opportunities.
• Entertainment: Live music, neon lights, burning candles, painted faces, on course entertainment.
• Procession: The Los Muertos procession adds to the festivities.
• Community: Join hundreds of runners and thousands of spectators from throughout the country.

Who Will You Run For?

In honor of a passed loved one, participate in this unique health and culture event held during Southern California's perfect fall weather.

• Entry Fee: Includes bib, t-shirt, and glow necklace.
• Awards: Top 3 overall, each age group, and team category will be recognized.

Schedule

• Registration: Opens at 4pm.
• Race Start: Begins at 6pm.
• Art and Music: From 4pm-12am.
• Beer Garden: Open from 5pm-12am.

Rules and Regulations

For the safety of all of our patrons, please abide by the following rules and regulations:

• Service Dogs: Only certified service dogs are allowed at the event/on the race route.
• Prohibited Items: No weapons, including firearms, knives or mace.
• Race Participation: 5K participants are not permitted to run with flags, signs, etc.
• Course Boundaries: Participants must stay within course boundaries as designated by barriers, traffic cones, delineation, and/or other markings.

Registration Policies

• Final Sales: All sales final. Registration can only be rolled over to the following year in case of injury. Deadline to roll over your registration is October 5, 2026.
• T-shirt Size: T-shirt size not guaranteed if registered after October 5, 2026.
• Pre Packet Pick Up: Must register by November 2, 2026 to be eligible for pre packet pick up. Packet Pick Up Dates TBA.
• Post Registration Delay: Registration on or after Tuesday, November 3, 2026 could lead to a delay of receiving event T-shirt up to 4 weeks after event night.
