Course Information
- Swim: 1/4 mile swim in Lake Washington.
- Bike: Mixed road/trail course (5 mile/3 mile) on Eastrail bike trail (regular road bike is Okay).
- Trail Surface: Limestone/hard packed dirt trail.
- Run: 8k mile trail run on 5 miles of asphalt bike path.
Event Logistics
- Parking: Plenty of free parking available at Newcastle Beach Park.
- Packet Pick Up: Optional on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 4-5:30 PM at the race site.
- Safety Briefing: Mandatory on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 5 PM (recorded for your convenience).
- Rules: Will include regulations for the USAT sanctioned race.
