🎉 Event Overview

Join the fun Sunday, May 3, 2026. Gather with your friends, neighbors, and family for a run or walk featuring beautiful Candler Park neighborhood streets and the Freedom Park Path. All proceeds from the event benefit the Mary Lin Elementary PTO.

• Location: Mary Lin Elementary School (586 Candler Park Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30307)

🏁 Course Information

• Course Time Limit: 5K - 59 minutes (19 minute/mile pace)
• Fun Run Time Limit: 30 minutes (30 minutes/mile)
• 5K Age Guidelines: Participants under the age of 8 must be accompanied by parent or other responsible adult while on the course
• Pets: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE COURSE AT ANY TIME

👕 Event Details

• T-Shirts: Limited Edition 2026 Rocket Run Shirts available to participants who register prior to April 19th (T-shirt availability and sizing are not guaranteed for participants registering after April 19th)
• Family-Friendly Start Time: 5K - 8:00 AM, 1 Mile - 9:00 AM
• Participation: Runners, Walkers, and Strollers welcome
• Qualifier: AJC Peachtree Road Race Qualifier
