The Moreno Valley Road Runners Club brings you one of Southern California’s most exciting 5K and 10K races! Your participation helps support our running club and fuels future races, youth running programs, and community events that keep our city active, healthy, and inspired.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend with MVRRC! Bring your sweetheart, family, friends, or come out on your own for a beautiful morning of running and walking along the Lake Perris Dam. Everyone is welcome — competitive runners, casual runners, walkers, families, couples, and friends!

Course Description

Enjoy a scenic, flat, and traffic-free course along the beautiful Lake Perris Dam.

• 5K: Out-and-back course along the Dam
• 10K: Two loops of the 5K course
• Kids Race: 1 Mile
• All races start and finish in the Dam area.

Race Day Schedule

• 📦 Packet Pick-Up: 7:30 AM
• 👧 Kids 1-Mile Race: 8:15 AM
• 🏃‍♂️ 5K & 10K: 8:30 AM
• ⚠️ PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY!

Allow enough time for park entrance, parking, walking to the race area, and packet pick-up.

Important Parking Information

• 🚗 Lake Perris Park Entrance Fee: $10 per vehicle
• The Fisherman Lot has limited parking and may fill up early.
• Once the Fisherman Lot is full, runners and spectators will need to use the designated overflow parking area.
• 🚶 Please be prepared to walk approximately ½ mile to the race starting area if you park in overflow parking.

⚠️ DO NOT PARK ALONG THE SIDE OF THE ROAD.

Lake Perris State Park Rangers may issue parking citations to vehicles parked in unauthorized areas.❤️ We strongly recommend carpooling and arriving early.

• 💖 Kids 1-Mile – Ages 12 & Under: Top 3 Boys and Top 3 Girls
• ❤️ 5K Run/Walk – Open Division: Top 3 Males and Top 3 Females
• ❤️ 10K Run – Open Division: Top 3 Males and Top 3 Females
• 🎖 ALL participants in ALL races receive a finisher medal!

Registration Fees

• 💖 Kids 1-Mile — $5
• ❤️ 5K Run/Walk — $15
• ❤️ 10K Run — $20
• 💰 Race-day prices are the same.
