- Time: 9am-11am
- Location: In front of Southern Regional High School 9/10 building - 600 North Main Street, Manahawkin, NJ
- Race Day Pickup: Begins at 7:30am at the start village
Race Schedule
- Race Start: 9:00am
- Warm-Up: Guided warm-up at 8:15am by certified fitness instructors from Black Sheep Studios
- Cool-Down: Provided by Black Sheep Studios after the race
