Course Description

• Scenic Route: Join us on this historical scenic trek along 17 mile Drive in Monterey County.
• Wildlife Views: See views of the legendary Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove and Monterey Bay Coast with the Seagulls, Pelicans, Deer, Otters, and other upclose wildlife as you complete your event.
• Certification: Course will be USATF Boston Marathon Qualifier certified.
• Finishers' Prizes: All finishers will receive an authentic Pacific Grove City Marathon 26.2, Half 13.1, 10k, 5k, 1k medallion.

Event Details and Schedule

• Parking: There is plenty of parking at the Cannery Row Public parking garage (open 24/7).
• Packet Pickup: Optional race packet pick up will be at the Monterey California Pizza Kitchen (1100 Del Monte Center, Monterey, CA) from 4-5:30 pm on Friday or on race day starting at 7 am at the race Start (886 Cannery Row, Monterey, CA 93940).
• Timing: Race is chip timed, so you must wear bib on front torso for the whole event.
• Course Support: Water, Gatorade, Gel/Gu, and first aid will be on the course every 3 miles.

Emergency Information

• Emergency Procedure: Call 911 in case of an emergency or race director for a sprained ankle for pickup.
• Community Support: We want to thank the City of Monterey, City of Pacific Grove, the Pebble Beach Community Service District, California State Parks, and the County of Monterey for allowing us to host this historical event.
