• Race Start Times: 1K Kids Run at 10 am, 10K at 10:30 am, 5K at 10:45 am

• 1K Kids Run: Designed for young runners
• 5K: A great option for various fitness levels
• 10K: Suitable for more experienced participants
• Scenic Route: Beautiful trail course through Heeman's

• Support for Shine Foundation: Funds raised help young people with severe physical disabilities across Canada
