Event Overview
The SkyRun is a one-of-a-kind winter race that takes runners entirely through Downtown Duluth’s connected skywalk system. The course winds through hallways, over streets, around corners, and through downtown buildings, creating a race experience unlike anything else in the region.
Purpose
- Objective: Designed to bring people downtown, get them moving, and add some fun to the middle of winter.
- Participants: The SkyRun welcomes everyone from competitive runners chasing a fast time to participants looking for a unique way to experience Duluth.
- Community Support: The event also supports the Downtown Duluth Clean &: Safe Team.
- Impact: This team does important work throughout the downtown district.
