Montgomery County Interfaith 5K

Event Overview

• Partners: Shaare Torah Jewish Community, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, The Interfaith Families Project of Greater Washington, Trinity Lutheran Church, and the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.
• Objective: To bring together communities of faith in the county for a fun and health-promoting activity.
• Focus: Teach tolerance through exposure and friendship.
• Inclusivity: Event respects all backgrounds, without promoting any one religion or belief system.

Event Details

• Register: Participants can register as part of a team! Teams with 12 or more registrants as of August 24th can have a table in the race festival area.
• Shirt Guarantee: Register by August 9th to guarantee a shirt.
• Proceeds: Donations will support local Montgomery County community, specifically Gaithersburg Help and C-4.

• Date: Sunday (9/6) from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.
• Location: RnJ Sports, 11910 Parklawn Drive, Rockville, MD 20852.

Race Day Information

• Date: Race day (9/7) at 7:00 am.
• Arrival: Arrive by 7:15 am to pick up packet.
• Location: Race Site at the Dairy Mooseum, Maryland Soccerplex, 18028 Central Park Circle.
