🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

BE Strong Fitness & Yoga is hosting the 7th annual Monticello Panther Prowl 5k/10k, with all proceeds benefiting the Monticello Police Department and Bozi the future Police K-9 Sunday, Sept. 28 at 4 p.m.

📝 Registration Details

• Deadline: The deadline to register online and be guaranteed a shirt is Sunday, Sept. 14.
• Final Registration: Registrations will be accepted until Sunday, Sept. 28 at 3:30 p.m.
• Participation: Participants can walk and/or run, but every person who participates is making a contribution to a great cause!

⏱️ Timing and Options

• Chip Timing: Chip timing will be provided by B&W Racing.
• Race Options: Participants can choose from 2 options: walk/run a 5k (3.1 miles) or walk/run a 10k (6.2 miles).

🏅 Awards

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 male/female in each race and age category (11 and under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and up). ONLINE DEADLINE TO RECEIVE A SHIRT IS SEPTEMBER 14.
