Moraine Regatta 5k

🏞️ Celebrate Moraine!

Join us for a family-friendly event at the beautiful Sunken Garden Trail on the South Shore of Lake Arthur. Whether you're an avid runner or a nature-loving walker, this timed 5K race boasts views for all to enjoy.

Hosted by the Moraine State Park Regatta, a 501(c)(3) organization. The Moraine State Park Regatta aims to showcase eco-recreational activities for all ages and promote Moraine State Park. Featuring water and land recreational opportunities, nature-themed experiences, and vendors from the local community, the event has something for everyone.

🚗 Parking

Parking is available on-site at the Non-Motorized Boat Launch and the Sunken Garden Trailhead.

🏃 Race Details

The start and finish lines are located near the Sunken Garden Trailhead. The majority of the race is on the Sunken Garden Trail.

💰 Pricing Structure

• June 1st - July 1st: 17 and under - $15: 18 & over - $25
• July 2nd - July 26th: 17 and under - $20: 18 & over - $30
• July 27th - August 3rd: 17 and under - $30: 18 & over - $35

👕 Registration Perks

Register early to receive a free t-shirt, while supplies last! Each year's shirt features a unique design and/or color, so don’t miss out on collecting them all!

T-shirt size is guaranteed through July 10. After this date, t-shirts are available on a first come, first serve basis. Extra shirts will be ordered but your size is not guaranteed.

🏆 Awards

Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers in each age category as follows:

• 17 and under
• 18 - 29
• 30 - 45
• 46 - 60
• 61+

🗓️ Event Schedule

Check-in and packet pickup: 8:00 AM at the trailhead

Race start: 8:30 AM

Is race-day registration available?

We strongly recommend registering early in order to get your size t-shirt, but if you're more of a last-minute person, we can accommodate race-day registration.
