COURSE INFO- Our 5k course will be run in the opposite direction this year which worked out great last year . Same roads/driveway/paths...lots of great comments in 2025 with the change,  especially in the middle of the course where there's an easy downhill section rather than uphill!

The one mile walk will be the same as in the past .

Down Waveny Park Rd (same as the 5k this year) & right to the  turnaround at the half mile mark.

Then back to the start.

OUR COURSES MAY CHANGE BASED ON TRAIL CONDITIONS AND FOR YOUR SAFETY
