Join us on Sunday, November 22, 2026, for Toronto’s most festive 5K run — the official kickoff to The Original Santa Claus Parade.

The Most Festive, Most Fun 5k run in Toronto. Starting just prior to The Original Santa Claus Parade and following the parade route to the finish line on Wellington St. just East of Yonge St. with over a half million spectators to cheer you along the way. Dress for the season, and support a great event.

Registration Information

• Capacity: Registration is capped at 2,500 participants.
• Sellout Notice: The event sold out last year, so register now to avoid disappointment.

Course Details

The Parade Run begins just before the parade and follows the full parade route, finishing on Wellington Street, just east of Yonge. With over half a million spectators lining the streets, this is the most spirited run you’ll ever experience.

Dress for the season, support a great event, and run straight into the holiday spirit.

Key Details

• Custom Gear: All runners receive a custom winter hat and a finisher medal.
• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 8 years old: those under 10 must run with an adult.
• Entry Fees: Entry fees are non-refundable and only transferable when processed through the Race Roster platform before Nov. 10th.
• Course Change: Please note the course is subject to change.
• Restrictions: Strollers, roller blades, and pets are not permitted.
• Time Limit: The time limit is 1.5 hrs.
• Communication: You will receive an email with Bib # and kit pick-up details on Thursday prior to race day.
