🎉 Event Overview

• Join Us: Join us on a Saturday, 9/26 for a 5K Run or Walk through Mount St. Joseph University and surrounding campus.

🏃‍♀️ Course Details

• Course: 5 Kilometer course winds through the campus of the Mount St. Joseph University and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.

🏆 Divisions & Awards

• Divisions: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and over 80
• Awards: Overall Male and Female winners and Top male and female performers in each age category will receive an award.

🌟 Race Day Activities

• Pre-Race: Pre-race music and entertainment starting at 8:00 a.m.
• Post Race Celebration: Immediately following the race, refreshments, stretching, massage and entertainment will be available.

💲 Entry Fees

• Adults 18-64: $30
• Youth 17 and under, Seniors 65 and over: $20
• Inclusions: Registration includes chip timing, T-shirt, awards, and pre/post events. After 9/3/26, T-shirts are included while supplies last.

👕 T-Shirts

• Guarantee: All participants registered before September 3rd will receive a commemorative race t-shirt.
• Availability: Registrations after 9/3/26 will receive a shirt while supplies last.
• Note: All registrations are to be done online including race day.

🤝 No Sweat Option

• Support: Can't make it to the race? You can still support the event by choosing the "No Sweat Option".
• T-Shirt: We will include a race t-shirt with your registration (while supplies last) as a Thank You for your support.

📅 Check-In Information

• Early Check in: Thursday, September 24th 11:00-1:00 in Quad near Seton Center Lobby.
• Race Day Check in: 7:30 am - 8:15 am at Upper East Lot.

🌐 Online Registration

• Registration: All registrations are to be done online. Online registration will be available through race day.

• Posting: Final results will be posted online here and at the race.
