Event Overview

• Join us: Participate in a 5K Run or Walk through Mount St. Joseph University and surrounding campus.

Course Details

• Course Description: 5 Kilometer course winds through the campus of the Mount St. Joseph University and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.
• Divisions: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and over 80.

Awards and Recognition

• Overall Winners: Male and Female winners will receive an award.
• Age Categories: Top male and female performers in each age category will receive an award.

Pre and Post Race Activities

• Pre-Race Activities: Pre-race music and entertainment starting at 8:00 a.m.
• Post Race Celebration: Refreshments, stretching, massage and entertainment immediately following the race.

Entry Fee

• Adults 18-64: $30
• Youth 17 and under, Seniors 65 and over: $20
• Registration Includes: Chip timing, T-shirt, awards, and pre/post events.
• T-Shirts: Participants registered before September 1st will receive a commemorative race t-shirt.

Registration Information

• Online Registration: All registrations are to be done online. Online registration will be available through race day.
• No Sweat Option: Support the event by choosing the "No Sweat Option" for a race t-shirt.
• Early Check-in: Thursday, September 18, and Friday, September 19, 2025, in Harrington Center Lobby.
• Race Day Check-in: 7:30 am - 8:15 am at Upper East Lot.
