Event Overview

The 30th Annual Museum of Aviation Foundation Marathon, Half-Marathon, 5K Run/Walk, and Para Athletes Race will be held at the Museum of Aviation on Saturday, January 31, 2026. The races will be run on Robins Air Force Base next to the Museum of Aviation and are part of the 2026 Run & See Georgia Grand Prix Series. The marathon course is USA Track and Field certified (Boston Marathon qualifier). The half marathon is also USA Track and Field certified. Proceeds from the growing annual event benefit the Museum of Aviation, one of the largest education-focused aviation museums in the country.

Awards

Top Finishers: Awards are given to the overall top three male and female finishers in each race.
Masters Awards: Awards will be provided to the overall top three male and female masters in each race.
Military Recognition: The top active duty military male and female will be recognized in the marathon.
Age Categories: The top three finishers in age categories will receive awards.

Registration Details

Registration Deadline: In-person events registration will end on Tuesday, January 13th at 11:59 PM.
No Walk-Up Registration: There will be no walk-up registration on Friday, January 30th or Saturday, January 31st.
T-Shirt Guarantee: Participants who register by December 31st are guaranteed a shirt on race day.
Medal Eligibility: Only Marathon and Half Marathon finishers will receive a finisher’s medal.

Virtual Participation

A virtual option will be offered for those who want to participate in the 30th annual event but are not able to attend the in-person event. Virtual participants will receive a T-shirt and race packet. Only Marathon and Half Marathon runners will receive a finisher’s medal. Participants who register by December 31st by 11:59 p.m. are guaranteed a T-shirt on race day, Saturday, January 31. Runners registered after December 31st by 11:59 p.m. are not guaranteed a T-shirt. Virtual packets can be picked up on Friday, January 30th between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. at the Museum Century of Flight Hangar. If you wish to have your race packets mailed to you, there will be a postage fee required at the time you register for the race. Race packets will be mailed within two weeks after the race on Saturday, January 31st. Please do not opt out of receiving emails from this race because important information will be sent out prior to the start of the event. Please make sure your address is current in your RunSignUp account.

Important Information

IMPORTANT: Because the races are run on Robins Air Force Base, all runners are REQUIRED to show a valid ID when picking up race packets. By providing information required for sign up, you acknowledge and agree to the use of your information for a Criminal Background Check to verify your identity, in accordance with United States Air Force Instruction 31-118, Installation Access and Control, and Robins Air Force Base Instruction 31-101, Installation Defense Plan.
