Museum of Aviation Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K and Hand Cycle Race

🏅 Event Overview

The 30th Annual Museum of Aviation Foundation Marathon, Half-Marathon, 5K Run/Walk, and Para Athletes Race will be held at the Museum of Aviation on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

• Location: Robins Air Force Base next to the Museum of Aviation.
• Certification: The marathon and half marathon courses are USA Track and Field certified (Boston Marathon qualifier).
• Beneficiary: Proceeds benefit the Museum of Aviation, one of the largest education-focused aviation museums in the country.
• Event Series: Part of the 2026 Run & See Georgia Grand Prix Series.

🥇 Awards and Recognition

Kick-off the new year with a run on a brisk winter morning. Awards are given to the overall top three male and female finishers in each race.

• Top Finishers: Overall top three male and female finishers in each race.
• Masters Categories: Overall top three male and female masters in each race.
• Military Awards: Top active duty military male and female only in the marathon.
• Age Categories: Top three finishers in various age categories.

📅 Registration Information

Registration for in person events will end on Tuesday, January 27th at 11:59 PM.

• No Walk-Up Registration: No walk-up registration on Friday, January 30th or Saturday, January 31st.
• Shirt Guarantee: Participants who register by December 31st are guaranteed a shirt on race day.
• Finisher’s Medal: ONLY Marathon and Half Marathon finishers will receive a finisher’s medal.

🌐 Virtual Participation

A virtual option will be offered for those who want to participate in the 30th annual event but not able to attend the in-person event.

• Virtual Packet: Virtual participants will receive a T-shirt and race packet.
• Shirt Guarantee: Participants who register by December 31st by 11:59 p.m. are guaranteed a t-shirt on race day.
• Packet Pickup: Virtual packets can be picked up on Friday, January 30th between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. at the Museum Century of Flight Hangar.
• Mailing Option: If you wish to have your race packets mailed to you, there will be a postage fee required at registration.

Because the races are run on Robins Air Force Base, all runners are REQUIRED to show a valid ID when picking up race packets.

• Background Check: By providing information required for sign up, you acknowledge and agree to the use of your information for a Criminal Background Check.
• Compliance: This is in accordance with United States Air Force Instruction 31-118 and Robins Air Force Base Instruction 31-101.
• Address Accuracy: Please make sure your address is current in your RunSignUp account.
