Race Overview
Audubon Community Nature Center's Wild 5k run/walk is back! Fall is a great time to experience Audubon’s trails. The run/walk course takes participants through shady hemlock forests, over boardwalks, past fields, and back to the Nature Center. Audubon’s trail system is in a glacial valley, which makes the trail exceptionally flat.
Course Information
- Starting Path: The course starts out on a 12-foot-wide maintenance road.
- Narrow Trails: It narrows to 6-foot-wide trails further on.
- Markings: The course is well-marked with white arrows.
- Participation: Come run, walk, stroll, or saunter to support Audubon.
Fundraising Purpose
This year, money raised in the Wild 5k will support care for our Animal Ambassadors, including our three birds-of-prey.
