• Established: Developed in the early 1930's by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC)
• Usage: Cabins and recreation areas constructed at that time are still in use today
• Funding: Hualapai Mountain Park is a self-funded park
• Contributions: Your entry helps with upkeep of structures in the park

Important Notes

• Shirts: Not guaranteed for race day sign up
• Weather: The race will be held rain or snow. No Refunds.
• Delays: Race may be delayed due to snow for snow removal on the course

Race Guidelines

• Dogs: Leashed dogs are welcome, must remain on a leash at all times.
• Parking: Free parking available inside the park grounds.
• Awards: Ceremony for overall 1st-3rd place male and female for specific age groupings.
• Age Limit: All ages welcome, minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Packet Pick-up

• Pre-Race Pickup: November 13, 2026 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Mohave County Fairgrounds Main Office, 2600 Fairgrounds Blvd, Kingman, AZ 86401
• Race Day Pickup: November 14, 2026 from 7:00 am – 8:30 am at Hualapai Mountain Park Ranger Station, 6250 Hualapai Mountain Road, Kingman, AZ 86401
• Course Condition: Most of the course is paved with a small portion consisting of dirt and possible loose rocks.
