• Description: We’re celebrating five years of Protect Your Peace with our very first Protect Your Peace 5K!

Race Details

• Run/Walk: Join us for a fun, community centered 5K run/walk through Belhaven.
• Costumes: Since it’s Halloween, costumes are encouraged!
• Inclusivity: Come dressed up, come as you are, bring your run crew, grab your walking partner, or take on your very first 5K.
• Focus: The Protect Your Peace 5K is about movement, community, joy, and protecting your peace one mile at a time.

Your Registration Includes

• Finisher Medal: Protect Your Peace 5K Finisher Medal
• T-Shirt: Official Protect Your Peace 5K T-Shirt
• Race Bib: Race Bib
• Packet Pickup: Access to our pre-race Packet Pickup Party October 30th from 4pm-6pm

Packet Pickup Party

• Location: Kick off race weekend at PYP Studios!
• Activities: Pick up your race bib, T-shirt and swag, grab something from Sipp.sation.
• Entertainment: Enjoy music from the DJ.
• Community: Meet fellow runners and get ready for race day.

Awards

• Overall Winners: Awards will be presented to the Top 3 Overall Male and Female Finishers.
• Age Division: First-place Male and Female awards will also be presented in each age division: 16-19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+
• Exclusions: Overall winners will not also receive an age-group award.
• Costume Recognition: Special recognition for Best Costume and Best Group/Crew Costume.
• Special Award: One participant will receive the Protect Your Peace Award, recognizing someone who embodies the spirit of movement, encouragement, community, and protecting their peace.
