Join us at the YMCA of North Central Ohio for our annual Pump-Kin Run! Whether you are looking to benchmark your strength or set a new 5K personal record, this event offers two great ways to participate:
Pump & Run Challenge
- Prove Your Strength: Bench press your body weight (or a percentage based on age/gender) for reps before hitting the course.
- Time Deduction: Every successful rep deducts time off your final 5K finish time!
Traditional 5K Race
- Road Experience: Prefer to stick to the pavement? Run or walk our standard 5K route.
- Community Feel: Enjoy a crisp fall race with the community.
