Since 1984, the Tyler Azalea Run has invited runners to lace up and race through a living postcard — the iconic Tyler Azalea Trails. With scenic 10K and 5K routes winding through a kaleidoscope of blooms, it’s no wonder runners return year after year to kick off their spring season in style.

• Origins: In 1929, Maurice Shamburger planted the first vibrant bushes along Lindsey Lane.
