• Support UOAA: Funds help provide resources and support for the ostomy community.

• Empower Level: Fundraise $250 or more for a special reward.
• Champion Level: Fundraise $450 or more for additional recognition.
• Combined Rewards: Champion level fundraisers receive the Empower level award.
