Purpose of the Event

Join Haverhill Firefighters Local 1011 for our annual 5K as we come together to support our brother Tommy and his family during an incredibly difficult time.

About Tommy

• Diagnosis: Tommy was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) just three weeks after his wedding.
• Treatment: He is currently undergoing treatment at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
• Family Focus: Tommy and his wife, Tasha, are focused on getting Tommy healthy and back home with their 3-year-old son, Callum.

Support and Impact

The funds raised through this year’s 5K will help ease the financial burden of:

• Hospital Stays: Covering the costs of hospital stays.
• Ongoing Treatment: Supporting the ongoing treatment costs.
• Travel Expenses: Assisting with travel for treatment.
• Unexpected Costs: Helping with unexpected expenses that accompany a cancer diagnosis.
