Lake Wilderness Triathlon Overview

• Celebration: Lake Wilderness Triathlon is celebrating our 22nd year!
• Scenic Venue: This event is scenic in all aspects of the race and has something for every level of participation.
• Participation: This is an excellent venue for a first time triathlete and the triathlete that's looking for some great competition.
• Diverse Competitors: We have many first time triathletes and those that compete in Ironman.

Race Course Highlights

• Swim: The swim is in Lake Wilderness, you’ll have a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier as you swim.
• Bike Ride: The bike ride is along the rolling hills of Maple Valley and the surrounding area.
• Run: The run is along the Lake Wilderness Trail, which is about 10 feet across and it’s soft gravel.
• Scenic Views: You’ll have views of Mt. Rainier, Lake Wilderness, and beautiful Cedar River.

Lake Wilderness Run

• Trail Beauty: Lake Wilderness Run has beautiful trails to run along.
• Scenic Views: Experience views of Mount Rainier, Cedar River, and Lake Wilderness.

Event Details and Schedule

• Park Opening: Lake Wilderness park will open for competitors at 5:15 am.
• Packet Pickup: If you’re picking up your packet the day of the event, you can pick it up from 5:15-6:30 am.
• Identification: Each participant must bring picture I.D. to pick up their packet.
• No Transfers: You may not pick up a packet for other participants.
