Description
- Event: Run a quiet 5K through the beautiful Mine Falls in Nashua to help support Operation Delta Dog!
- Mission: Operation Delta Dog rescues dogs and trains them to be service dogs for veterans - all at no cost to our veterans!
Packet Pickup and Registration
- When: 7:45AM for both packet pickup and same day registration.
- Fees:
- $40 pre-registration (on or before August 31)
- $45 on September 1
- Veteran or Veteran with One Dog - $25 (NO PRICE CHANGE)
- 15 & Under Pricing - $30 Flat Rate
Running with a Dog
- Allowed: All race categories (5K, Veteran Category, Youth Registration) will allow runners to bring one dog each.
- Incentives: Registrants will receive a finish line goodie bag for their dog.
- Prizes: Fastest Team (human/dog) and Best Matching Outfits (human/dog).
- Registration Note: During the registration process, please select if you will be running with a dog or not!
Team/Club Category
- Recruitment: An easy and fun way to recruit your family and friends.
- Team Size: Teams must consist of at least 3+ people.
- Prizes: Awarded for the largest & fastest team (must include at least 1 female for prizes).
Swag
- Commemorative T-shirt: All registrants before August 20th will receive a commemorative Operation Delta Dog Run to Rescue t-shirt.
Awards
- Categories: Top Overall Male/Female
- Medals: Awarded to top three M/F finishers in each category (Under 14, 15-19 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+).
- Special Awards: Largest Team, Fastest Team (Cumulative time for the top 3 finishers, must include at least 1 female).
- Other Awards: Top three overall M/F Veteran finishers, Fastest Dog/Human Finisher, Best Human/Dog Matching Outfits.
Post-Race Festivities
- Refreshments: Light refreshments will be available.
- Ceremony: An award ceremony will be held.
Beneficiary
- Proceeds: 100% of proceeds will be allocated to Operation Delta Dog.
