Race Details
- Course: The timed off road 5K course winds through a wooded trail. Registrants can choose to run or walk (map of 5K course).
- Short Option: A one-mile fun trail option is available, separate from the main 5K course.
- Pets: All race participants can run/walk with their dog or cat in a stroller. Dogs must be leashed.
- Race Order: Individual runners go first, followed by runners with dogs, then walkers with or without pets in strollers.
Fundraising Purpose
- Proceeds: Fund advanced medical care for shelter animals.
- Programs Supported: Trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR), behavioral training, foster care, and surrender diversion program.
- Community: Everyone is encouraged to invite animal lovers and race enthusiasts!
- Encouragement: Form a team or register as an individual today!
Event Schedule
- 9:00 am: Check-in and registration.
- 10:00 am: 5K run/walk begins.
- 10:15 am: One-mile fun trail begins.
- 11:30 am: Medals ceremony.
Festival Activities
- Activities: Enjoy food trucks, deejay, and Tito's Beverage Garden.
- Raffle: Participate in the raffle basket tent and more!
- Shirts: All registrants (except same day) get a cotton event shirt.
- Fundraising Incentive: Raise $100 for a performance-style, dri-fit event t-shirt.
