About this race
Road Running returns to Valley of Fire with a Marathon, 1/2, 10K, and 5K!
Valley of Fire State Park is Nevada’s oldest and largest state park, encompassing nearly 46,000 acres of otherworldly desert landscape roughly 50 miles northeast of the Las Vegas Strip. The park is globally renowned for its brilliant, fiery-red Aztec sandstone formations, which dramatically clash against surrounding gray and tan limestone mountains. When the sunlight hits these vibrant rock formations at sunrise or sunset, the entire landscape appears to be ablaze, giving the valley its evocative name.
Come for the run; stay for the stunning landscapes and check out the brand new Visitors Center!
